My Photography Website Wins An Award Having spent months building and refining this website, I must say that it has been a journey in its own right, well at least a journey from the comfort of my own office arm chair. My website is hosted with a company called 'Easily.co.uk' and from all the websites submitted to be hosted on their servers, I was selected to be in their 'Top 5 Customer Website' competition. To be short listed, judges take a number of different factors into consideration; concept, layout, visual aspects, slickness and ease of navigation. Which all played a part in being selected. Other customers and website designers were then able to look at the short listed websites and vote for their overall favourite. After just over a month of voting, I was announced as the winner with over 80% of the votes. I have to say that I was a little surprised at the result, given that I only started website design and construction six months ago. Regards Jamie For Previous News Items Click Here |
